Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the Platform. dadu4d enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds held therein will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using online betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance in the jurisdiction in which you reside or from which you access the Platform.

2.3 Single Account Rule. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through third parties — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.4 Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party. You further confirm that you are not a current or former employee of dadu4d, or a close family member of such an employee.

3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of services on the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted on the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are obligated to ensure that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate and up to date. dadu4d is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by inaccurate information provided by a Member. Any changes to your registered details must be communicated to the support team promptly.

3.3 Account Credentials. Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these credentials. dadu4d strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify dadu4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Approval. dadu4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee Account activation — all accounts are subject to internal review and KYC verification before full access is granted.

4.1 Verification Requirement. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. dadu4d may also require KYC verification at any point during the Account lifecycle, including on deposits above specified thresholds or when unusual activity is detected.

4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driving license).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account in your registered name).

4.3 Processing Time. dadu4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to process KYC submissions within 24 hours during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is complete.

4.4 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within 30 calendar days of a KYC request, dadu4d reserves the right to suspend the Account and return any unencumbered real-money balance to the originating payment method, minus any applicable fees.

5.1 Accepted Methods. dadu4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in IDR.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

5.3 Deposit Funds Ownership. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, originate from a legitimate source, and that you are the authorized account holder of the payment method used. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Processing Speed. Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited instantly in most cases. dadu4d is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or payment provider.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made by fully KYC-verified Members. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the most recent deposit cycle, except where dadu4d's support team has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.3 Processing Time. dadu4d targets a withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified Accounts during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). All withdrawals are subject to a security review which may, in exceptional circumstances, extend this timeframe. Requests submitted outside peak hours are processed in queue order.

6.4 Withdrawal to Original Source. Winnings and balances will, as a general rule, be returned to the same payment method and account from which the original deposit was made. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control applied consistently across all Accounts.

6.5 Pending Bets. Withdrawals may not include funds that are currently committed to an active or unsettled bet. Only settled, available balance may be withdrawn.

6.6 Right to Verify. dadu4d reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or resolution of a dispute. The Member will be informed of any such hold promptly.

7.1 General Bonus Policy. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, and promotional credits offered by dadu4d are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are stated in each promotion's terms. Bets on certain game types (e.g., baccarat, roulette side bets, certain crash-game outcomes) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.

7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. dadu4d reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer and reclaim any associated winnings if it determines that a Member has attempted to claim the same promotion more than once through any mechanism.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.

7.5 Abuse of Promotions. dadu4d monitors betting patterns and account activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements. Accounts found to be engaging in such activity may have their bonus funds voided and may be excluded from future promotional offers.

8.1 General. All sports bets, live casino wagers, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, slot gacor (high-payout slot) sessions, and crash game rounds are governed first by this Agreement and second by the specific rules published for each product category within the Platform.

8.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by dadu4d. A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and is visible in the Member's Account history. dadu4d reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of technical error, manifest pricing error, or suspected irregular activity.

8.3 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical malfunction or human input error, dadu4d reserves the right to void such bets regardless of their settled outcome. The Member will be notified and the stake returned to their Account balance.

8.4 Match Abandonment & Postponement. For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period required for bets to stand (as defined in each sport's rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned. Rules for specific sports are published in the sportsbook help section within the Platform.

8.5 RNG Games. All random-number-generator-based games, including slots and virtual table games, use certified RNG technology independently tested for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate and audited. The outcome of any single game round is statistically independent of all preceding and subsequent rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account per individual, household, or shared IP address.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other Members to manipulate outcomes, extract bonuses, or circumvent risk controls.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between dadu4d and other operators in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, browser extensions, or any automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in respect of legitimate Platform transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or legitimize funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abuse of Support: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward dadu4d employees or agents through any communication channel.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the dadu4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface, game graphics, odds data, marketing copy, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of dadu4d or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal recreational purposes and strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of dadu4d.

11.1 Platform Availability. dadu4d strives to maintain a platform uptime of 99.4% or higher. However, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dadu4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including lost winnings on bets that could not be placed due to a technical outage.

11.3 Cap on Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, dadu4d's total aggregate liability to any single Member for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Providers. dadu4d is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services are integrated into or accessed via the Platform.

11.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. dadu4d does not guarantee any return on any bet or wager placed on the Platform. You participate entirely at your own risk.

12.1 Data Processing. dadu4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering, you consent to the data processing practices described therein.

12.2 Data Security. All personal and financial data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. dadu4d applies industry-standard security controls to protect stored data against unauthorized access.

12.3 Marketing Communications. With your consent, dadu4d may send you promotional communications by email or SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting our support team or using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing message.

13.1 Closure by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the dadu4d support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no pending disputes exist.

13.2 Closure by dadu4d. dadu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent or illegal activity; a request from a competent authority; or where dadu4d deems closure necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure for any reason, all pending bonus funds are forfeited. Active bets will be settled in accordance with their individual terms. Real-money balance (net of any legitimately withheld amounts) will be returned to the Member. All licenses granted to the Member under this Agreement terminate immediately.

14.1 Right to Amend. dadu4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, dadu4d will use reasonable efforts to notify active Members via their registered email address at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

14.3 Version Control. The version of these Terms & Conditions that applies to any specific transaction or event is the version that was in effect at the time the transaction was initiated or the event occurred.

15.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dadu4d is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. dadu4d operates under an internationally recognized gaming license.

15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through dadu4d's internal complaints procedure (contact support at the email address below). If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 calendar days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

15.3 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
