Every dadu4d account undergoes mandatory KYC age verification before any withdrawal is permitted. Members must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 are closed immediately, and all associated funds are handled per our regulatory framework. There are no exceptions.
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account at any time. Once a limit is active, it cannot be increased immediately — any increase request requires a 7-day cooling-off period. Reductions, however, take effect instantly. This asymmetry is intentional and designed to protect you.
If you feel you need a break from the Platform, you can request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, your account is fully locked — you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed.
A time-out is a short-term break — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks — during which your account is temporarily suspended. Unlike self-exclusion, a time-out automatically expires after the selected period, restoring access without you needing to contact support. It is ideal for a structured pause rather than a long-term break.
In addition to deposit limits, you can set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once your net losses reach the configured threshold within the chosen period, placing further bets is automatically blocked for the remainder of that period. No manual override is possible until the period resets.
